I back founders building at the intersection of AI and the physical world — robotics, industrial systems, TechBio, and the compute infrastructure underneath.
I spend my days at Bison Ventures, working with founders building at the intersection of AI and the physical world — robotics, industrial systems, TechBio, and the compute infrastructure underneath it all.
Before Bison: Bain & Company, then Innovation Endeavors during its spin-out from Eric Schmidt's family office, then a pandemic excursion in entrepreneurship and a much less brief turnaround at TuneIn. Before that, CRISPR research at Georgia Tech and a childhood in the Texas heat.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the Fort Winfield Scott Community Garden, on a trail somewhere in West Marin on foot or two wheels, or cooking an elaborate meal with my wife, Emily.
